Sometimes our harvest doesn't turn out as we'd wish, and we run short of one variety or another.  We always try to substitute a similar variety if it's ok with you.

Please note that in 2006 we changed our shipping rates as follows:
First pound of order shipped to one address= $8.00 shipping
Every additional pound= $2.00  (ie: 2LB= $10.00, 3LB= $12.00, etc.)
Each shipping address should be calculated separately.
