Back in the fall of 2006 we had a call from Cindy, a procurer for NBC's Today Show.

They were preparing a "cooking school" series which would run for 5 days, featuring the "Naked Chef" Jamie Oliver,

whowas promoting his new book Jamie's Italy.

        

Cindy asked if we could make 8 garlic braids for them, some longer than 6 feet, which they would need in New York in 2 days!!
